Cē Ācatl is a boutique winery tucked away in the hills surrounding the Valle de Guadalupe, named after Cē Ācatl Topiltzin – a historical/mythical Toltec ruler. After living in Mexico, Ce Ācatl founded the city of Cuzcatlán, what is known today as El Salvador, where owner and winemaker Cesar Reyes originally stems from. Cesar has been making wines in Napa and Sonoma for two decades and started his Mexican project in 2017. A trained viticulturist, he only works with small growers with a qualitative approach to craft limited edition wines.
