Cornelio Dinastía crafts modern Tempranillos sourced from 30+ organically farmed, old-vine, estate plots scattered throughout Rioja Alta. Minimal intervention winemaking uses indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation and tight-grained, light toasted American oak barrels from West Virginia Appalachia.
