2 pounds peeled and deveined shrimp
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 ½ teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon paprika
¾ teaspoon turmeric
¾ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- In a mixing bowl add shrimp, olive oil, garlic, garam masala, paprika, turmeric, and salt. Toss to combine and place in the refrigerator to marinate for an hour.
